WHY SUBLIMATION PRINTING?
The finest quality of sublimation printing is that which does not fade or crack on the fabric. These prints are also very light and do not have any harsh texture. As the technique uses heat-sensitive inks, the print on garments looks bright even after many washes.result of sublimation printing is a high-quality, permanent full-color print that won’t crack, fade or peel under normal conditions. This is because the dyes are infused into the garment at the molecular level rather than at a topical level.
HOW IT WORKS
Dye Sublimation is a printing technique that allows for full color, all-over apparel prints. Your artwork is printed onto a sheet of high-release paper and the paper will transfer onto your apparel using heat and pressure. Heat converts the solid dye particles into a gas — known as sublimation — and bonds them to the polyester fibers. Sublimation printing only works on 100% white polyester garments making it the perfect printing technique for running tops, vests, shirts and any other polyester sports clothing that requires a soft print finish.
ARTWORK | DESIGNING
If it's just text you require and you aren't too bothered what font is used we don't really need artwork. However, if your design is of a more complex nature we require your artwork to be supplied as a Vector-line graphic either as an Adobe Illustrator file AI, EPS, PDF file or Corel Draw file with all fonts outlined. We do accept other file formats such as JPG or Bitmaps but these must be provided in a high resolution.
STEP# 01
FABRIC SELECTION

The first step is all about selecting the garment. On white or very light-colored fabrics, ceramics, and metals or even on products with a polymer coating, the dye-sublimation printing method creates prints that are vivid, sharp and permanent, with no texture when the print is touched.
STEP# 02
PRINTING
Sublimation Printing is the process of Printing images with Dye on to Garments.
Because dye sublimation uses dye ink, it is able to penetrate the fibers of the garment instead of just sitting on their surface – lending to its incredible durability. Your design choices are unlimited: you can choose from any image or color for the design of your dreams.
STEP# 03
HEAT PROCESS
Heat or UV curing process is used to dry and affix the printed ink to the Garment.
Dye sublimation is a process that prints one line at a time, using an electrically heated element to produce images. Instead of spraying jets of ink onto a page as inkjet printers do, dye sublimation printers apply a dye from a plastic film.Dye sublimation printing is used to create custom printed images in full color on a number of different substrates.
